About us

We are the people who ask why before we ask what.

ReynoldsBuilt exists because too many businesses buy software that does not fit and hire consultants who never build anything. We do both halves, and we do them in the right order.

Who we are

Consultants who ship

Most businesses we meet are running on a mix of good software, bad software, and a spreadsheet that quietly holds the whole thing together.

Nobody planned it that way. It accumulated. The usual options are both bad: a strategy firm will produce a deck and leave, and a dev shop will build exactly what you asked for, whether or not it was the right thing to ask for.

We start by walking your operation end to end. Every process, every handoff, every place a person is doing something a system should be doing. Then we show you what is worth building, what is worth automating, and what should be left alone.

After that, we build it. The same people who mapped the process write the code, which means nothing gets lost in translation.

What we actually do

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them

The assessment stands on its own. If it says do not build anything, that is a legitimate outcome and the roadmap is still yours.

  1. 01

    We look at everything

Before anything gets built, we sit with your team and walk the business end to end.

    • Interviews with the people doing the work, not just the org chart
    • A full inventory of systems, spreadsheets, and manual steps
    • Where time, money, and information are leaking
  2. 02

    You get the blueprint

We show you what should be built, in what order, and what each piece is worth.

    • Opportunities ranked by payback and effort
    • A clear first project with a defined outcome
    • A plan you own, whether or not we build it
  3. 03

    We build it

Small, working increments. You see progress continuously instead of waiting for a reveal.

    • Working software in front of your team early
    • Direct access to the engineers building it
    • Scope that adjusts as we learn, without losing the target
  4. 04

    We make sure it sticks

A system nobody uses is a failed project. We measure adoption and stay on for the long tail.

    • Rollout, training, and documentation
    • Measurement against the outcome we agreed on
    • Ongoing support and iteration

How we operate

Four things we will not compromise on

These are the reasons projects finish, and the reasons we occasionally turn work down.

We tell you what not to build

The fastest way to lose your trust is to sell you a system you did not need. Part of every assessment is a list of things to leave alone.

You talk to the team building it

No account layer between you and the work. The engineers who understand your process are the ones writing the code.

Plain language, always

You should be able to explain what we built and why it matters to someone else in your company without a translator.

You own the result

The code, the infrastructure, and the documentation belong to you. No hostage situations.

Find out what should actually be built.

Start with an assessment. We walk your business end to end and show you where automation and AI pay off, ranked by what they are worth.
